the territory of the Republic of Poland and the original for inspection.<\/li>\n<li><strong>A photocopy of the Pole&#8217;s Card<\/strong> and the original for inspection (if applicable).<\/li>\n<li><strong>A photocopy of the Maturity Certificate<\/strong> or a document equivalent to the Polish Maturity Certificate, translated by a sworn translator entered on the list of sworn translators of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Poland and bearing an apostille clause, and the original for inspection.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Certificate confirming the knowledge of the Polish language<\/strong> at the language proficiency level of at least B2, issued by: the State Commission for the Certification of Proficiency in Polish as a Foreign Language, authorized by the Minister responsible for higher education and science to organize examinations in Polish as a foreign language at a certain language proficiency level (a Polish or foreign university conducting studies in Polish philology, a Polish or foreign entity that has been conducting foreign language courses or classes in teaching Polish or Polish as a foreign language or other didactic classes in Polish for at least three years).<\/li>\n<li><strong>A photocopy of the insurance policy<\/strong> in case of illness or accident, covering the period of education in Poland, and the original available for inspection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>All documents issued in a foreign language will be accepted together with a translation into Polish prepared by a sworn translator
